GJ QUILT FINISHED AND QUILTED

I was delighted to receive my quilt back from the wonderful quilter - Belinda Betts.  She has done the most amazing job.

I couldnt wait to stitch the binding on, and as it was part of Chookblue/Peg and Dale's Stitch-a-long where the idea initiated at after an Anni Downs workshop last year we had in Nundle.  Well it was just on 12 months since the "idea" initiated, and here March was again for the annual "GDITH" meet where we could show our finsihed product.

thanks girls for the inspiration along the way by seeing all the progressments  - it is so wonderful to see how some of the fnished ones look.

this is my fnished version:

And these are some of the other finished ones that some of the other Bloggers have done:

Bec's Finished quilt - just gorgeous

Peg's Finsihed quilt - also gorgeous

Bec/Fiona/Dale/Donna
all so beautiful - quilts and girls!!

And a complete snapshot of all of the blogging girls plus Anni  who was amazed to see her pattern by so many.

and in true country tradition all we hang them on the fence in the beautiful rural surrounds of Nundle.
Back to the workshop - this was our table:

and this pic is all the bloggers who communicate regularly with one another
was so wonderful to meet some of these faces that I have not met before.
Such a dedicated bunch of lovely girls.

Thanks to you all for the continued inspiration that you bring with your Stitching.

The quilts are all beautiful and each one is so different from the others. It must have been fun to visit and see all the quilts together. Also really like the quilting on your quilt.
