STITCHING FOR A FRIEND'S BIRTHDAY

It was my turn to make for one of our members in our online Stitching Group - Sarah
The theme we have to follow this year  is:  COOK/ EAT/ GROW

Initially with this task I had no idea what I would do, but came up with the the following.  After it  being delivered to the wrong address and wondering why on earth she hadn't received my present,  we corresponded to find that I had the wrong address.

Luckily it was not far from where she lived and she was able to track it down.

so at last I can post pictures of what I have made to sent her:

COOK
This apron ended up being a real hit, as when I purchased
the fabrics, I told the lady in the shop what I was going to make and  that she should kit it up as an apron
and she has since sold all the fabric she had

EAT

This way you can pretend to eat!!!!
but I actually made it into a tape measure holder.

GROW

Nothing like a home grown herbs for the soups and casseroles over the winter months.
